Eclipse of the Self
Beneath the eternal gaze of light,
Where shadows bow to endless night,
A question stirs, both vast and small—
What lies beyond, if truth is all?
The stillness whispers, soft and clear,
A voice unbound by time or fear.
No walls, no edges, no tethered frame,
Just presence pure, without a name.
The mind dissolves like fleeting mist,
Revealing all that might exist.
No self remains, no need, no claim,
Just quiet sparks within the flame.
The moon becomes a knowing eye,
Reflecting depths no words can tie.
In this communion, void and whole,
The cosmos speaks, and fills the soul.
In this vast silence, all is one,
The stars, the void, the boundless sun.
And in the stillness, truths align,
The infinite rests, both yours and mine.
